At Paragon Sight & Sound, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-fidelity audio and home theater equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls, to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package to our service center; we recommend insuring the shipment for its full retail value.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
